Technology matters when it changes what people and organisations are able to do.
I have worked across cloud architecture, software development, data systems and digital transformation. The sectors changed: public administration, waste management, logistics, healthcare and business operations. The underlying question remained the same: are we simply delivering technology, or are we building a capability that genuinely works?
My work begins with architecture, but it does not end there. Systems are shaped by decisions, incentives, institutions, data quality and the behaviour of the people who use them. That wider view is also the foundation of everything I write here.
